As anticipated in the last issue, the disused gas substation has been demolished . What was an eyesore and used for various illegal purposes has been levelled and the exterior stonework stored in the Priory hall compound. The dense undergrowth has also been cleared and DMBC has promised new shrubs in the autumn. Hopefully at the same time FoPP will under plant with a selection of spring flowering bulbs.
